My Story

Human Resources Warrior LLC (HRW) is a leadership and human development organization dedicated to strengthening people, teams, and communities across the United States, Guyana, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Founded by Melissa O. Vieira-Greene, a decorated United States Air Force Senior HR Leader and Wounded Warrior, HRW blends military discipline with people-centered strategy to help organizations grow, succeed, and sustain long-term impact.

HRW was created to answer a simple but powerful question: What happens when leaders truly invest in people? The answer has shaped everything we do. Our work focuses on developing leaders who understand culture, serve with integrity, and build teams that are ready for the demands of a changing world.

For more than 21 years, Melissa served in leadership roles across the Pentagon, Special Operations, Air Force Personnel Center, and multiple global missions. Her experience taught her the value of structure, readiness, trust, and human connection. HRW applies these principles to modern workplaces, communities, and emerging markets. We support organizations through training, coaching, strategic HR development, and programs that prepare individuals to lead with resilience and purpose.

Today, HRW continues to expand its reach across borders, helping public and private sector partners improve leadership capacity, strengthen workforce readiness, and create cultures where people thrive.
